You're so right, well spotted. It's frustrating that these errors creep into books but somehow, no matter how often they're proof read, it does happen. I'm glad it didn't spoil the story for you.

I bought Stand by Me a few months ago and never got around to reading it. I picked it up and started it on Sunday evening and I seriously cannot put it down. I cannot wait to get out of work, get on the train and read more!! Amaze x

I am enjoying your books very much indeed. The first one I read was The Perfect Man which I got from my local library. Now, everytime I go in there I look for more of your books and so far have found about 3 others – all absolutely brilliant and utterly un-putdownable! Keep up the good work!

Hi Sheila, I have read a lot of your books and enjoy the stories and characters. I have just read Stand by Me but I noticed on page 425 – line 4 – that Greg was the name used where I think it should have been Gabriel. Please don't think I'm nit picking on your book but so many books now have "little errors" in them and I know you and other authors don't typeset your own works. Didn't spoil my enjoyment of the story

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed Stand By Me. I agree that maybe there's room for some more in the future (and you never know, Domino might appear in one of my short stories one day) but in the novel I wanted to leave her at a particular point in her life so that the reader can judge how well she might do…..

Hi Sheila,

I have been reading your books for a while and I really enjoyed stand by me so much!. As the book progressed I disliked Brendan more and more!. I think an epilogue to finish of would be brilliant, as it kind of ended without warning.
