Hi Sheila! It was just by chance while on vacation in England that I saw your book Connections. After returning home to Sweden bought another. Normally I don’t read novels, but I intrigued by the way you describe your characters and your style of writing. So now after my 5th book I had to thank you for inspiring me to keep reading and the extra benefit of doing it in another language. I’d just like to say how bloody amazing your books are! I got a wide range of books at christmas as gifts and have found that the only ones I got gripped by were your stories!
Amazing is the only word for your books, and as soon as I have finished this lot I plan to go and buy some more (which actually means something for a poor student nurse!)
I hope you never cease to find inspiration and that these books just keep coming!

Hi Sheila,
I love all your books, there are always lots of so real ideas and moments in them. Just great reads which are hard to put done and I dont want to finish!
I want to say thank you for mentioning domestic violence (someone special)in such understanding way. Yes it can happen to anyone, even me and none of my friends would have expected that to happen to me!!
Yes it does creep up on you, the behaviour worsens, he changes the goal post so you dont know what is right anymore, cuts you off from family and friends, you always hope things will get better. I was lucky I was only in the relationship 20 months.
I went to the police (9 months ago)- they were brilliant. Please tell everyone the support groups (ie susie project)are fantastic. I couldnt have managed without them, once you accept it is happening to you dont suffer get help.

Life is a bitch but also for living, oh and I am 53 going on 26.

I have just finished reading “The Perfect Man”, I’m meant to be working but couldn’t put it down. I’ve read every one of your books, they are all fantastic. can’t wait until September for your next one, it will be a perfect read for my holiday in October. Please never stop writing.

hi!i´m Irati from spain. first of all sorry for my bad english i´m learning, or trying at least!:)
this summer i went to canada with an exchange program, and i stayed there with a family for a month i t was just awesome. so, one day they took me to a fair wich was amazing cause i had never been in one.in that fair i found an old little books shop and there i founf your book connections. just let you know that reading the book made the stay even better. i trurly liked it.

Hi Sheila, I was given a box set of your books for Christmas and decided to start with ‘Yours Faithfully’- I couldn’t put it down for a minute, I even took it to the train station when waiting for my sister and was disappointed when her train was on time as I was hoping to read some more in the car park!!! I have to say I got so involved in the book and felt like I knew the characters so well that at the end I actually cried!! I am now reading ‘Connections’ which is also brilliant – my Mum is from Trinidad & Tobago so I can relate to island life and it makes me feel warm & happy! Thanks for giving me so much enjoyment – I had forgotton how good it was to sit back & read a good book! I can’t wait to read all your books – just need to book a holiday so that I don’t get disturbed Marijanne
